We want you to have the best shopping experience here at Bellamour. We understand things happen and items need to be sent back sometimes.
We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit only. Any item marked down or bought during a promotion is final sale. Custom items, jewelry, and accessories are final sale. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. In the rare case of a damaged item, please contact us via email to arrange a return. You must reach out within 48 hours of delivery if any item is damaged. Returns due to damages are subject to approval.
To start a return, please email us at info@bellamourboutique.com with your order number and the reason why you are returning. You must reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
